04
Our process
A thoughtful process. No unnecessary complexity.
Five stages, one continuous line. Each stage ends with something you can read, understand, and act on.
Stage 01
Understand
Learn about the business, existing tools, and current challenges.
An online conversation about how you work today, what frustrates you, and what you hope to change.
Stage 02
Identify
Find areas where AI could provide meaningful improvements.
Separating genuine opportunities from distractions, and ranking them by likely usefulness and effort.
Stage 03
Recommend
Develop practical recommendations based on business needs.
Clear, written suggestions for tools and workflows, with notes on risks and where people should stay involved.
Stage 04
Guide
Help the client understand and adopt suitable AI workflows.
Walking you and your team through early use so the recommendations become habits, not shelf documents.
Stage 05
Refine
Review feedback and identify possible improvements.
Checking what worked, what did not, and adjusting. Findings here often feed a fresh look at stage one.
The loop
Refinement is not an ending. What we learn in stage five often sends us back to stage one, because good AI adoption is a cycle of small, honest improvements.
